Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WELLWITH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all our customers. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting us via email or phone. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or replacement within 5 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Once verified, a refund or replacement will be initiated. Returns will not be accepted for products without original packaging, tampered seals, or requests made after 5 days.
